Moroccan Cuisine, Chocolate, Beer, Cocktails, & Music:
Welcome to Raleigh, Y'all's Launch Party

On Friday, February 24, Come Out & Show Them will throw a big party and benefit at Babylon, a downtown Raleigh restaurant founded by Moroccan immigrant Samad Hachby. Between 7 and 10 p.m., attendees will be able to sample a full Moroccan buffet designed by Hachby and his award-winning kitchen. Escazu Chocolates will be on hand to run a desert station and to send folks home with a takeaway set of chocolates. Big Boss Brewing Company will be on hand with free beer. DJs Luxe Posh and Made of Oak (Nick Sanborn of Sylvan Esso) will provide the music, and we'll have a photo booth donned with a large print of the Welcome to Raleigh, Y'all artwork.

Speaking of the Welcome to Raleigh, Y'all artwork, proceeds from this party will go to manufacturing signs and stickers, as well as several large-scale versions. Additional proceeds from the party—and from the sale of the signs—will go to local organizations already working on behalf of immigrant issues.

Tickets are $75 and include unlimited food, booze, and a set of Welcome to Raleigh, Y'all signs and stickers.
